MedClaim Solutions shall file all claims using HIPAA Compliant software that protects patient privacy and confidentiality while effectively providing all required information for efficient and effective claim payment.

MedClaim Solutions shall expeditiously address and follow-up on claim denials and file appeals expeditiously.

MedClaim Solutions shall provide concise monthly reports of all payer account activities to the provider within the first week of each month.

MedClaim Solutions shall provide training to provider staff in the use of all computer software functions related to the billing system and provide 24/7 account access from any computer as necessary to make all current and historic billing activities transparent to the provider and his administrative staff.

MedClaim Solutions Billing Specialists shall respond to phone or email contacts from providers within 2 hours on any business to answer questions or address concerns.
